In a free consultation, which can be in-person or online, we will discuss your goals, preferences, and any other important details necessary to create a personalized training plan. 

With this information, I will prepare your training program, and once it's ready, you can start right away! We will have regular consultations and make adjustments as needed. One thing is certain: you will be able to perform every exercise!
